Shipping & Returns

We offer free UK delivery on all orders, and free international delivery on orders over £500 (excluding VAT). We use Royal Mail Special Delivery for deliveries in the UK, and DHL for all other countries. We will email you a tracking code once your item has been dispatched.

International delivery destinations may be subject to import duties, administration charges and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties, administration charges and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

 Delivery timescales are specified when you place an order but are usually 2-3 weeks.

If you have a shorter deadline than the specified timescale, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

We track all orders from the moment they leave our shop. If your item doesn’t arrive on time, let us know and we’ll locate it for you. 

All deliveries are fully insured up until the point they are signed for.

It is very important you check the delivery address provided by you when placing the order and receiving the order confirmation. 

Belasis will not accept any liability for delivery to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Delivery of our items will arrive in discreet packaging with no company logo on the outside. The shape and size of the parcel will not suggest the contents of the package, so if anyone apart from yourself sees the delivery, the surprise will not be spoilt.

If you would still prefer your order to be shipped to a different address than your billing address we are happy to do this, however due to our strict security checks we require you to provide 2 forms of ID from the following list:

ID 1 - passport or driving licence.

ID 2 - utility bill, household bill, bank statement or tax statement.

Extended Returns: All items (unless otherwise stated *)purchased after the 1st November 2023 are eligible for an extended returns period up until the 15th January 2024.

Standard 30 Day Return Policy: All items (unless otherwise stated*) are eligible for return within 30 days of their delivery date. 

*The 30 days return policy and Extended Returns Policy does not apply to bespoke products or if the product has been engraved.

The 30 days return policy will not apply in the case were two or more items have been bought with the intention of returning one or more.

If you wish to return an item please contact us first and we will provide you with further instructions. 

Items must be in their original packaging, unused and perfect condition with full documentation including certificates. Any items returned without their certificates (if applicable) will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Items received beyond the 30 days return period will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

On receipt of returns, all items are fully inspected and subjected to authentication and verification by Belasis. 

The postage cost of returning any item is the responsibility of the customer. It is the customers responsibility to insure any return deliveries for the full value.

Belasis is not responsible for any damages or lost packages during shipment. We recommend you return all packages using Royal Mail Special Delivery (Within the UK) or DHL (Internationally) and insure the package for the full amount. For security reasons we strongly recommend you do not write the name 'Belasis' on any packages.
